Global Campaign for Rwandan’s Humans Rights, African Great Lakes Action Network and Save the Congo have launched today 20th October 2014 an international call to all world citizens to attempt to arrest Kagame for crimes against peace.
This event was launched outside Savoy Hotel, where Kagame was attending a meeting. No arrest attempt have been conducted on the launch day.
