Depuis le 25 novembre 2019 jusqu’aujourd’hui, les FARDC (Forces Armées de la RDC) conjointement avec les militaires rwandais (RDF, Rwandese Defense Forces) sous uniforme de l’armée congolaise continuent de massacrer les réfugiés rwandais après avoir bombardé et détruit le camp des réfugiés rwandais dans le territoire de Kalehe au Sud Kivu. Les médias congolais et occidentaux semblent avoir été interdits de parler de ces massacres qui se passent dans un silence absolu. Rappelons que, selon le dernier recensement effectué par le HCR, il y a encore plus de 250.000 réfugiés rwandais en République Démocratique du Congo.
Selon nos sources au sein de l’armée rwandaise (RDF) et différentes sources diplomatiques et militaires en Afrique et en Occident, les hélicoptères de combat, avions de chasse et bombardements très lourds sont encore prévus ce weekend afin qu’aucun réfugié ne puisse survivre. L’objectif est de massacrer tous ces réfugiés et que personne ne puisse survivre d’ici mardi le 03/12/2019.
Le Mouvement Rwandais pour le Changement Démocratique (MRCD-Ubumwe) met en garde les gouvernements congolais et rwandais, et interpelle encore une fois la communauté internationale devant ses responsabilités face à ce génocide permis encore au Président rwandais, le Général Paul KAGAME en RDC après les massacres de plus de 400.000 réfugiés en 1996-1998 que le Rapport Mapping de l’ONU n’hésite pas à qualifier de génocide si ces faits devaient être qualifiés par un tribunal compétent :

Nous demandons à la Communauté Internationale d’agir maintenant et de faire pression ce au président congolais et au Président rwandais Paul KAGAME pour qu’ils arrêtent ces massacres et que les militaires rwandais quittent immédiatement le territoire congolais.

To begin with, it should be noted that the current serious events are neither a surprise nor a simple crime: the ongoing massacre of refugees is a recurrence, even a permanent crime, since the Rwandan refugees have been subject of murderer since September 1996, date when their refugee camps were destroyed in the then Zaire (current the DRC). At that time, the Rwandan motive was to hunt down the alleged all the genocidaires as well as the members of the former Rwandan army (FAR). Ultimately, this objective resulted in a disaster where nearly 600 thousand refugees were murdered as it is has been depicted in the Mapping Report of the UN. Since last October, the government of the DRC in Kinshasa succumbed to the project of General Kagame to constitute a sub-regional military coalition (Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania and DRC) in order to eradicate the “armed groups”. However, when it became clear to all that the genocidal dictator Paul Kagame wanted to massacre the refugees, all the states of the Great Lakes region withdrew from the project and Rwanda found itself abandoned. The torturer Paul Kagame, however, was able to persuade President Tshisekedi who agreed to jointly conduct the ongoing operations. Thus, officially, the massacre of refugees in progress, is an “operation of eradicating the armed groups led by the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC), but in reality –according to Congolese soldiers – it is the Special Forces of the Rwandan army of Paul KAGAME (RDF) who lead these operations.
