General Paul Kagame gave a press conference on November 8, 2019.
Among his “enemies” Kagame described at this press conference was somebody who used to work for him. Kagame could not remember the name of this person. Kagame, however, noted that the person writes about Rwanda everyday, and that the person lives in Canada. I wonder who this mysterious “enemy” might be.😂
