Former Rwandan president Paul Kagame is in Rwanda on a brief working visit. Kagame took time off from his current global tour that began on May 8, 2018.
On arrival, Kagame was met at the Kigali International Airport by the Minister of Economy & Tourism, Clare Akamanzi who carried a ”Visit Rwanda” sign. Kagame congratulated Akamanzi for paying US$40 Million to an English football club to wear the same ”Visit Rwanda” sign.
When asked by a reporter about how long he planned to stay in Rwanda, Kagame told the reporter that ”it was none of his business.”😂
