Umuvugizi news have reliable leant from sources ofhigh caliber that Rwanda’s Chief of reserve forces Lt Gen Fred Ibingira and former CNDP rebelleaders Gen Laurant Nkunda are among RDF forces who where recently shot by the UN Force helicopters which injured them heavily with casualties .
This took place two weeks ago when M23 rebels fighting along with Rwanda Defence Forces after attacking Congolese National Forces “FARDC” with intentions of taking over Rumangabo, situated in the war torn zone of DR Congo.
It’s due to fierce resistance of FARDC with help of UN Peace Keeping Forces in DR Congo ”Monusco” which crashed M23 rebels who were fighting along with Rwanda Defence Forces that prompted intervention of Reserve Force commanded by it’s chief Lt Gen Fred Ibingira in order to enforce with supplies to the already existing Rwanda Defence Forces who were fighting along with M23 Rebels .
Lt Gen Ibingira and former CNDP rebel leader Gen Laurant Nkunda were among those who where ambushed and injured at the battle field in DR Congo while taking supplies for M23 rebel is evidently enough to prove the authenticity of UN expert Report which revealed the way Rwanda was backing M23 rebels ,an addendum president Kagame denied but at the long last facts have proved him a liar and a despot.
