A whistle-blower who worked for the Rwandan Collection Services has informed the Global Campaign for Rwandan Human Rights that prisoners in various prisons in Rwanda are regularly tortured and used as slaves in construction sites for the benefit of the ruling party the Rwandan Patriotic Front.
