RWANDA 2017 PEOPLE’S PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE DIANE SHIMA RWIGARA AND HER FAMILY HAVE BEEN ARRESTED, IMPRISONED AND ARE NOW BEING TORTURED BY KAGAME PAUL DMI AND SECRETE SERVICES.
This is undoubtedly a criminal decision that Kagame Paul takes following his plans of continuing standing alone as an absolute autocratic monarch of Rwanda.
Within 24hrs only after Diane Shima Rwigara declared her intentions to challenge the serial killer Paul Kagame in 2017 “Nollywood” presidential elections, fake nude photos of hers started circulating by Kagame Paul DMI on internet in order to discourage and stop her from trying to take courage to dare to challenge democratically the ruthless dictator of the century. Rwigara Shima Diane was not however discouraged by Kagame Paul killing machinery, she rather went ahead with her desire to be the presidential candidate with confidence of winning victoriously.
During the period for collection of the signatures, from various districts of Rwanda, following the electoral requirements for her presidential candidatures, her followers were threatened, terrorized, arrested, imprisoned and tortured by security services and local leaders, others were suspended by Kagame Paul DMI secret services from their employment, others were forced or given money to start false accusations against Diane Rwigara and were told that they will be charged for treason for supporting her in her courageous ambitions to save Rwanda. Diane Rwigara collected more than half of the signatures required by the “Tora Kagame Paul” Electoral Commission but still the fearful dictator Paul Kagame blocked her from campaigning and running as Rwanda presidential candidate.
Later the family business was closed by Kagame Paul DMI and Rwanda revenue, an act which is purely based on injustice and persecution! Rwanda People’s presidential candidate Diane Shima Rwigara and her followers were at the same time being warned by Paul Kagame criminal government that after the 2017 “Nollywood” presidential elections they will be arrested and be charged with terrorism for daring to send away democratically the killer Paul Kagame like Yahya Jammeh of Gambia.
Today media are reporting that Diane Shima Rwigara and her family have been finally arrested and imprisoned for unknown reasons again by Paul Kagame DMI killing system, they have now gone missing and they are no doubt being tortured under harsh and inhuman conditions as we know Kagame Paul and his terrorist system services, where they must be living in harsh and inhuman conditions by Kagame Paul DMI. Rwanda is now the only place where you can be arrested and be charged for treason for expressing yourself on national issues. Gross Human rights violations in Rwanda is not an issue because Paul Kagame the killer continues to be immunized and lionesed.
Kagame Paul has now made himself bigger than Rwanda and stronger than all the people of Rwanda. Where is the killer Paul Kagame taking Rwanda? There is no freedom of expression. Political space is completely closed. Diane Rwigara now join a big number of other political prisons in Rwanda. Diane and others like are being talked about because these are big figures. Kagame Paul has kidnapped millions of citizens who disappear in Rwanda and no one talks about them because they are not nationally and internationally known or no body can’t dare to speak on their behalf. Paul Kagame is the only terrorist in the whole world who is being passively and indifferently watched and he has now reached the highest peak of his impunity for perpetual and serial killing.
