Rwanda: New government-in-exile calls for ‘non-violent revolution’ to end Kagame’s rule

Members of the Rwandan opposition say they’ve set up a rival government in exile. Father Thomas Nahimana announced members of a parallel Rwandan cabinet. Nahimana was recently banned from boarding a plane to Rwanda where he intends to stand in presidential polls later this year. His political party, Ishema, is not officially registered in Rwanda.
