When will my country, USA, revise its foreign policy toward Rwanda & Uganda where dictators Kagame and Museveni are using our taxpayer money to imprison and kill innocent people?
Someone forgot to remind Rwandan Ambassador Eugène-Richard Gasana that UN security Council Chamber is not Rwanda Parliament Building. This needs to stop and our mighty country can’t afford to be lectured by a poor and small country like Rwanda, which relies on our taxpayer money. What our Ambassador Samantha Power said at the UN Security Council meeting about Rwanda and the situation in the Great Lakes region is 100% true and to see this arrogant ambassador from Rwanda wagging a finger to my country, it’s a disgrace!
It’s time now for my country to revise its foreign policy toward some of these countries like Rwanda and Uganda where dictators Kagame and Museveni are using our taxpayer money to imprison and kill innocent people. It was painful to watch Rwandan Amb. Gasana. Everybody with a 4 year degree can read a text but I guess not everyone can behave like a gentleman.
Amb. Gasana doesn’t deserve to be a diplomat or even represent a country. This is a reflection of who appointed him. When you appoint people not based on their abilities or credentials, you get people like Gasana who do more damages than doing good things for your country.
