Apr\u00e8s la publication d&rsquo;un rapport d&rsquo;historiens particuli\u00e8rement complaisant, truff\u00e9 d&rsquo;erreurs factuelles, et remis \u00e0 grand renfort de publicit\u00e9 au pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron pour sceller une pseudo \u00ab r\u00e9conciliation \u00bb entre la France et le Rwanda, l&rsquo;ancien officier des Forces Arm\u00e9es Rwandaises (FAR), Emmanuel NERETSE, jette un pav\u00e9 dans la marre en retra\u00e7ant les \u00e9tapes de la mise \u00e0 mort de la R\u00e9publique rwandaise.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant v\u00e9cu la guerre de 1990 \u00e0 1994 en premi\u00e8re ligne et connaissant presque tous les acteurs rwandais puis apr\u00e8s avoir t\u00e9moign\u00e9 sous haute protection des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 belges devant le Tribunal P\u00e9nal International pour le Rwanda (TPIR), l&rsquo;auteur explique comment les descendants de l&rsquo;ancien r\u00e9gime f\u00e9odal du Rwanda ont repris le contr\u00f4le du pays \u00e0 la suite du g\u00e9nocide de 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Il montre \u00e9galement comment les h\u00e9ritiers de la Premi\u00e8re et de la Deuxi\u00e8me R\u00e9publique ont trahi la confiance du peuple rwandais en contribuant sciemment ou na\u00efvement \u00e0 la mort de la d\u00e9mocratie et \u00e0 la restauration d&rsquo;une dictature sanglante qui s&rsquo;att\u00e8le d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 effacer l&rsquo;histoire de leur pays.
