Cette d\u00e9cision a suscit\u00e9 une vive r\u00e9action, notamment sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une mont\u00e9e du m\u00e9contentement ces derniers jours.<\/p>\n<p>Dave Mafoula, membre du Parti les Souverainistes et candidat d\u00e9fait lors de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2021, a pris la parole lors d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence. Devant ses partisans, il a critiqu\u00e9 les modalit\u00e9s de ces accords, les qualifiant de \u00ab flous \u00bb et accusant ces derniers de porter atteinte \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 du Congo. Selon lui, plus de 11 000 hectares ont \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9d\u00e9s pour un franc symbolique, un geste qu&rsquo;il per\u00e7oit comme une transgression significative.<\/p>\n<p>Mafoula a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;ampleur des terres conc\u00e9d\u00e9es, comparant la superficie accord\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab six fois la taille de la ville de Kigali \u00bb, pour illustrer l&rsquo;inadmissibilit\u00e9 de tels accords selon lui. Sa position est claire : il demande le respect de la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 et appelle \u00e0 l\u2019annulation des accords jug\u00e9s ill\u00e9gaux. \u00c0 cette fin, il a annonc\u00e9 son intention de contacter le Premier ministre pour r\u00e9clamer le retrait des textes r\u00e9gissant cette concession.<\/p>\n<p>La controverse ne se limite pas aux mots de Mafoula. Sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, de nombreux Congolais se mobilisent \u00e9galement pour la r\u00e9siliation de ces accords. Une source officielle a r\u00e9agi en d\u00e9clarant que les accusations port\u00e9es contre le gouvernement sont infond\u00e9es, sans toutefois fournir de d\u00e9tails suppl\u00e9mentaires.
