Cette accusation fait suite \u00e0 la publication de la liste provisoire des candidats autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence.<\/p>\n<p>Sur son compte X, Diane Rwigara a interpell\u00e9 Paul Kagame en ces termes : <em>\u00ab Paul Kagame, pourquoi ne veux-tu pas que je me pr\u00e9sente ? \u00bb<\/em>. Elle a poursuivi en exprimant sa d\u00e9ception : <em>\u00ab Apr\u00e8s tout ce temps, le travail et les sacrifices que j&rsquo;ai faits, il est d\u00e9solant de constater que je ne figure pas sur la liste des candidats \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rwigara a rappel\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la deuxi\u00e8me fois que ses droits de participer aux \u00e9lections lui sont refus\u00e9s. En 2017, elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 exclue de la course pr\u00e9sidentielle, suscitant des critiques sur la transparence et l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 du processus \u00e9lectoral rwandais.<\/p>\n<p>La liste provisoire des candidats comprend trois noms : le pr\u00e9sident sortant Paul Kagame, repr\u00e9sentant du Front Patriotique Rwandais (FPR), Frank Habineza, leader du Parti Vert D\u00e9mocratique, et le candidat ind\u00e9pendant Philippe Mpayimana.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exclusion de Diane Rwigara suscite des interrogations sur l&rsquo;inclusivit\u00e9 et la transparence du processus \u00e9lectoral au Rwanda.
