Le ministre ougandais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Henry Okello Oryem, annonce aujourd\u2019hui que Kampala se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 infirmer point par point les accusations port\u00e9es par le rapport final du Groupe d\u2019experts de l\u2019ONU sur la RDC, et ne craint donc aucune sanction de la part de l\u2019ONU.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous sommes en train de pr\u00e9parer une r\u00e9ponse formelle aux accusations du groupe d\u2019expert de l\u2019ONU, nous allons r\u00e9pondre mot par mot et affirmation par affirmation \u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare M. Okello Oryem. \u00ab Les menaces de sanctions \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ne sont que des paroles qui ne nous impressionnent pas parce que la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 va \u00e9merger \u00bb<\/em>, poursuit-il avant de qualifier les accusations et menaces de sanctions de l\u2019ONU de \u00ab manipulation de la part d\u2019individus \u00e0 l\u2019ONU (\u2026) qui tentent de faire \u00e9chouer les efforts r\u00e9gionaux sur la RDC\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9claration fait suite au r\u00e9cent rapport de l\u2019ONU confirmant le soutien des gouvernements rwandais et ougandais au groupe rebelle congolais du M23. Tout comme Kigali, Kampala a fortement d\u00e9menti ces accusations<\/p>\n
