Son avion est attendu \u00e0 Luanda, en Angola, ce lundi 17 mars 2025 dans la soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Lawrence Kanyuka, porte-parole de l\u2019AFC\/M23, plac\u00e9e sous sanctions am\u00e9ricaines, a confirm\u00e9 que leur mouvement enverra une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de cinq repr\u00e9sentants dans la capitale angolaise pour participer au dialogue initi\u00e9 sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du pr\u00e9sident Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o. L\u2019AFC\/M23 a exprim\u00e9 sa reconnaissance envers le chef d\u2019\u00c9tat angolais pour ses efforts diplomatiques en faveur d\u2019un r\u00e8glement pacifique du conflit qui ravage l\u2019Est de la RDC.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, cette approche de n\u00e9gociations directes entre Kinshasa et le M23 ne fait pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. Le Dr Denis Mukwege, prix Nobel de la paix 2018, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 une \u201cerreur de diagnostic majeure\u201d, avertissant que r\u00e9duire la crise de l\u2019Est \u00e0 un conflit interne en n\u00e9gociant exclusivement avec le M23 occulte les v\u00e9ritables causes du conflit. Mukwege rappelle que la guerre en RDC est profond\u00e9ment internationale, impliquant le Rwanda, l\u2019Ouganda, le Burundi, ainsi que des forces de la SADC et de l\u2019EAC. Il souligne \u00e9galement le r\u00f4le des int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9trangers dans l\u2019exploitation des minerais strat\u00e9giques du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Mukwege plaide pour une Conf\u00e9rence internationale sur la paix en RDC, visant \u00e0 revitaliser l\u2019Accord-cadre d\u2019Addis-Abeba et \u00e0 garantir un dialogue global impliquant tous les acteurs nationaux, r\u00e9gionaux et internationaux.
