Cette plainte fait suite \u00e0 un diff\u00e9rend portant sur l\u2019ancienne r\u00e9sidence du pr\u00e9sident Juv\u00e9nal Habyarimana, transform\u00e9e en mus\u00e9e public.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1321\">Marc Nsengumuremyi est accus\u00e9 par IBUKA de propager une id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide, \u00e0 cause de sa position administrative dans laquelle il aurait refus\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre la maison comme propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat, arguant qu\u2019elle appartenait l\u00e9galement \u00e0 la famille de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1796\">Le RIB a adress\u00e9 une convocation officielle \u00e0 M. Nsengumuremyi le 22 janvier 2022, exigeant sa pr\u00e9sence dans leurs bureaux le 25 janvier 2022. Ne s&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, la police s&rsquo;est rendue \u00e0 son domicile le 26 janvier pour le localiser. Ne le trouvant pas, les agents ont interrog\u00e9 son \u00e9pouse, qui leur a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que son mari avait quitt\u00e9 le Rwanda en novembre 2021 et ne s\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore manifest\u00e9 depuis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"2197\">Le 28 janvier 2022, une nouvelle convocation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mise \u00e0 l\u2019attention de son \u00e9pouse, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9e pour un interrogatoire. Elle aurait inform\u00e9 les agents que M. Nsengumuremyi \u00e9tait parti en Belgique, et qu\u2019elle n\u2019avait plus eu de contact avec lui depuis d\u00e9cembre 2021. Le RIB lui a alors ordonn\u00e9 de lui transmettre un message de retour imm\u00e9diat au pays s\u2019il reprenait contact<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2653\">Un article rapportant l\u2019affaire avait \u00e9t\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement publi\u00e9 sur le site Igihe.com, citant la plainte d\u2019IBUKA et l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Cependant, l\u2019article a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 peu apr\u00e8s sa publication, sans commentaire officiel de la r\u00e9daction. Une infraction lourdement sanctionn\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"3138\">L\u2019id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide constitue une des accusations les plus graves du code p\u00e9nal rwandais. Elle peut donner lieu \u00e0 des peines de prison s\u00e9v\u00e8res et des poursuites p\u00e9nales prolong\u00e9es.
