Au cours d\u2019un point de presse co-organis\u00e9 lundi 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0avril \u00e0 Kinshasa avec son homologue des M\u00e9dias, Lambert Mende, le chef de la diplomatie congolaise a soulign\u00e9 que si ce mouvement persiste, \u00ab\u00a0la Brigade [d\u2019intervention de la Monusco] s\u2019occupera \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 son existence\u00a0\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab\u00a0Le M23 peut s\u2019agiter autant qu\u2019il veut. Nous \u00e9tions dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 arriver \u00e0 un accord politique avec eux. Il n\u2019est plus question de recycler les sp\u00e9cialistes de la r\u00e9bellion dans les rangs des Forces arm\u00e9es. Le seul avenir pour le M23 c\u2019est de cesser d\u2019exister comme mouvement politico-militaire. Si tel n\u2019est pas le cas, la brigade [d\u2019intervention de la Monusco] s\u2019occupera \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 son existence\u00a0\u00bb,<\/i>a affirm\u00e9 Raymond Tshibanda.<\/p>\n<p>Il a soulign\u00e9 que le gouvernement attend le d\u00e9ploiement de la\u00a0<a title=\"RDC: la majorit\u00e9 et l\u2019opposition satisfaites de la cr\u00e9ation de la Brigade sp\u00e9ciale\" href=\"http:\/\/radiookapi.net\/actualite\/2013\/03\/29\/rdc-la-majorite-lopposition-satisfaites-de-la-creation-de-la-brigade-dintervention-de-la-monusco\/\">brigade d\u2019intervention\u00a0<\/a>des Nations unies dans l\u2019Est de la RDC d\u2019ici au 30 avril.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Nations unies a vot\u00e9 jeudi 28 mars dernier, la r\u00e9solution 2098 cr\u00e9ant la Brigade d\u2019intervention de la Monusco. Compos\u00e9e de trois mille soixante-neuf hommes,\u00a0<a title=\"RDC : la brigade d\u2019intervention de la Monusco dispose d\u2019un mandat plus offensif\" href=\"http:\/\/radiookapi.net\/actualite\/2013\/03\/29\/rdc-la-brigade-dintervention-de-la-monusco-dispose-dun-mandat-plus-offensif\/\">elle aura un mandat offensif pour neutraliser les groupes arm\u00e9s\u00a0<\/a>op\u00e9rant en RDC.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre Raymond a indiqu\u00e9 que\u00a0<a title=\"Matata Ponyo salue la cr\u00e9ation de la brigade d\u2019intervention de la Monusco\" href=\"http:\/\/radiookapi.net\/actualite\/2013\/03\/29\/matata-ponyo-salue-la-creation-de-la-brigade-dintervention-de-la-monusco\/\">la cr\u00e9ation de cette Brigade<\/a>\u00a0est une grande victoire diplomatique pour la RDC, mais pas une panac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab Il faut d\u2019abord attendre palper les r\u00e9sultats des op\u00e9rations. Notamment le d\u00e9sarmement du mouvement rebelle du M23 qui s\u2019agite appel\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019auto-dissoudre \u00bb<\/i>, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"RDC : le M23 d\u00e9sapprouve la cr\u00e9ation de la brigade d\u2019intervention de la Monusco\" href=\"http:\/\/radiookapi.net\/actualite\/2013\/04\/01\/rdc-le-m23-desapprouve-la-creation-de-la-brigade-dintervention-de-la-monusco\/\">Le M23, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, a d\u00e9sapprouv\u00e9 le d\u00e9ploiement de la brigade<\/a>\u00a0d\u2019intervention de la Monusco en RDC.
