Il s\u2019agit du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Faustin Kayumba Nyamwasa, ancien chef d\u2019\u00e9tat-major de l\u2019APR (Arm\u00e9e patriotique rwandaise), l\u2019arm\u00e9e tutsi), \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque responsable du renseignement militaire, et du colonel\u00a0\u00a0Patrick Karegeya, ancien chef des renseignements du Rwanda .<!--more--><\/p>\n<div>Ces deux tr\u00e8s hauts dignitaires du r\u00e9gime rwandais accusent de la fa\u00e7on la plus claire le pr\u00e9sident Kagame d\u2019\u00eatre le responsable de l\u2019attentat du 6 avril 1994 qui co\u00fbta la vie au pr\u00e9sident hutu Habyarimana, acte terroriste commis en temps de paix et qui fut l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur du g\u00e9nocide. Au mois de juin 2010, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Kayumba a surv\u00e9cu par miracle \u00e0 une tentative d\u2019assassinat dont les auteurs, des Rwandais, sont actuellement jug\u00e9s en Afrique du Sud (voir mon communiqu\u00e9 en date du 25 juin 2012).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1373582311569_11128\">Le fait nouveau dans ces d\u00e9clarations est que nous apprenons avec \u00e9tonnement que les deux hommes n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus par la justice fran\u00e7aise alors que, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, ils ont, notamment par voie de presse, clairement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient pr\u00eats \u00e0 lui fournir les preuves de leurs accusations.
