Quatre partis d’opposition rwandais ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 Bruxelles leur projet en faveur d’un \u00ab\u00a0changement profond\u00a0\u00bb au Rwanda qu’ils qualifient de \u00ab\u00a0dictature\u00a0\u00bb, en r\u00e9clamant du r\u00e9gime du pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame une ouverture de l’espace politique et le retour des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, principalement ceux pr\u00e9sents depuis vingt ans dans l’est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC).<\/p>\n

Cette \u00ab\u00a0Coalition des partis politiques pour le changement\u00a0\u00bb (CPC) rassemble \u00e0 ce jour quatre formations, le Parti socialiste, la \u00ab\u00a0Rwanda Dream Initiative\u00a0\u00bb (RDI), l’Union d\u00e9mocratique rwandaise (UDR) et les Forces d\u00e9mocratiques de Lib\u00e9ration du Rwanda (FDLR), a indiqu\u00e9 son pr\u00e9sident, l’ancien Premier ministre hutu Faustin Twagiramungu, lors d’une conf\u00e9rence de presse.Des n\u00e9gociations sont en cours pour l’\u00e9largir \u00e0 trois autres partis, a assur\u00e9 cet opposant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au r\u00e9gime du pr\u00e9sident tutsi Paul Kagame.<\/p>\n

Le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la CPC et pr\u00e9sident de l’UDR, Paulin Murayi, a justifi\u00e9 l’admission au sein de la coalition des FDLR – souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme les rebelles hutus responsable du g\u00e9nocide de 1994, par le fait que tous ne sont pas g\u00e9nocidaires et qu’ils repr\u00e9sentent les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s rwandais dispers\u00e9s dans l’est de la RDC.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ils n’ont pas droit \u00e0 la parole. Les FDLR les repr\u00e9sentent, sont leur voix\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9, en assurant que le but de la CPC \u00e9tait un changement \u00ab\u00a0pacifique\u00a0\u00bb au Rwanda, qui passe par l’instauration d’un dialogue politique \u00ab\u00a0avec le r\u00e9gime de terreur\u00a0\u00bb de M.
