\u00a0<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0 OFFRONS UNE ALTERNATIVE DEMOCRATIQUE AU PEUPLE RWANDAIS\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Le Parti ISHEMA, parti politique\u00a0 d\u2019opposition au gouvernement rwandais de Paul Kagame, vous convie cordialement \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence de presse pr\u00e9vue le jeudi 04 juin 2015, de 11h \u00e0 12h, \u00e0\u00a0la MAISON DE LA PRESSE, RUE FROISSART 15, B- 1040 Bruxelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Cette conf\u00e9rence intervient alors que le Pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame\u00a0en fin de deuxi\u00e8me mandat<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0se\u00a0 lance dans une campagne de grande envergure dans le but de\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0terroriser\u00a0\u00bb au maximum le peuple rwandais en vue d\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0extorquer\u00a0\u00bb par des voies ill\u00e9gitimes,\u00a0 un troisi\u00e8me mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel pourtant strictement \u00a0interdit\u00a0 par\u00a0l\u2019article 101<\/strong>\u00a0de la Constitution de 2003 stipulant\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique est \u00e9lu pour un mandat de sept ans renouvelable une seule fois. En aucun cas, nul ne peut exercer plus de deux mandats pr\u00e9sidentiels\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

3.Aussi les Leaders du\u00a0 Parti Ishema et leurs alli\u00e9s de la Nouvelle G\u00e9n\u00e9ration, soutenus par divers conseillers et amis du Rwanda, \u00a0ont-ils d\u00e9cid\u00e9, non seulement de s\u2019engager corps et \u00e2me\u00a0 pour r\u00e9clamer l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un espace d\u00e9mocratique au Rwanda, mais aussi et surtout de rentrer sans d\u00e9lai au pays pour offrir, lors de prochains scrutins,\u00a0 une alternative au peuple rwandais croupissant, depuis juillet\u00a0 1994, sous le joug d\u2019une dictature militaire qui n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de maltraiter, emprisonner voire assassiner opposants, journalistes et\u00a0 militants des droits de l\u2019homme.<\/p>\n

4. Rappelons que le Parti Ishema lors de son Congr\u00e8s tenu \u00e0 Paris,\u00a0 du 7 au 9 f\u00e9vrier 2014, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 son candidat aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2017, en la personne de l\u2019abb\u00e9 Thomas NAHIMANA qui entend fouler le sol rwandais avec son \u00e9quipe\u00a0d\u00e8s le 28 janvier 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. A l\u2019occasion de cette Conf\u00e9rence de presse, le R\u00e9v\u00e9rend Thomas NAHIMANA fera le point sur\u00a0 la violation massive des libert\u00e9s publiques et droits fondamentaux au Rwanda\u00a0 et ses implications sur la R\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs (I); il pointera du doigt les vrais d\u00e9fis et enjeux du\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0mal-\u00eatre national\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0souvent dissimul\u00e9s par\u00a0 une propagande triomphaliste savamment orchestr\u00e9e par les h\u00e9rauts du FPR-INKOTANYI, parti au pouvoir depuis 1994 (II)\u00a0;\u00a0\u00a0 il esquissera\u00a0 enfin l\u2019orientation et les grandes lignes des r\u00e9formes essentielles dont le peuple rwandais a actuellement le plus\u00a0 besoin pour jouir d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement stable et plus harmonieux (III).<\/p>\n
