Les Forces d\u00e9mocratiques unifi\u00e9es (FDU-Inkingi) soutiennent une justice \u00e9quitable, impartiale et ind\u00e9pendante. Elles se r\u00e9jouissent du fait que la justice britannique a prouv\u00e9, une fois de plus, qu\u2019elle est ind\u00e9pendante et qu\u2019elle \u00a0ne se laisse pas intimider par des agitations des politiciens qui confondent la justice et la politique, d\u2019o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils viennent.<\/p>\n

Les FDU-Inkingi esp\u00e8rent que l\u2019arrestation du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Karake Karenzi est le premier pas pour mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019impunit\u00e9 dont jouissent les criminels du FPR.<\/p>\n

Selon des sources dignes de foi et bien inform\u00e9es, les juges devant lesquels le pr\u00e9venu a comparu, ont prononc\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat des mesures transitoires ci-apr\u00e8s\u00a0; si l\u2019accus\u00e9 ne respecte pas une de ces conditions, il sera arr\u00eat\u00e9 sans requ\u00e9rir un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ambassadeur a d\u00fb aussi \u00e9crire une lettre se portant garant du respect de ces\u00a0\u00a0conditions par Karake et promettant que le gouvernement va coop\u00e9rer avec la justice.\u00a0La d\u00e9fense a rappel\u00e9 les lettres \u00e9crites aux autorit\u00e9s espagnoles pour offrir collaboration dans le dossier des personnes accus\u00e9es d\u2019avoir tremp\u00e9 dans l\u2019assassinat de ressortissants espagnols\u00a0;Les FDU-INKINGI esp\u00e8rent que cette arrestation ouvre la voie \u00e0 d\u2019autres inculpations des personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans le m\u00eame dossier et que cela servira de d\u00e9clic pour que la Communaut\u00e9 internationale s\u2019occupe du tr\u00e8s fouill\u00e9\u00a0Mapping Report<\/a>, dont on attend toujours le suivi\u00a0.
