Les organisations politiques de l\u2019opposition rwandaise ci-dessous ,vous invitent \u00e0 une manifestation qu\u2019elles organisent a Bruxelles (Belgique) au \u00ab\u00a0Rond Point Schuman\u00a0\u00bb en face de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne le 14\/08\/2015 de 12 H 30 \u00e0 14 H 30, pour d\u00e9noncer et condamner la d\u00e9cision des autorites rwandaises de modifier la Constitution de la Republique Rwandaise afin de permettre au Front Patriotique Rwandais de rester ind\u00e9finiment au pouvoir.<\/div>\n
\u00a0Cette r\u00e9vision de la Constitution permettrait entre autre au President Paul Kagame une immunit\u00e9 pour les crimes horribles qu\u2019il a commis au Rwanda et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Rwanda.<\/div>\n
