{"id":387,"date":"2012-07-31T10:42:19","date_gmt":"2012-07-31T08:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=387"},"modified":"2012-07-31T10:42:19","modified_gmt":"2012-07-31T08:42:19","slug":"la-senatrice-belge-nele-lijnen-demande-la-suspension-de-laide-militaire-au-rwanda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/la-senatrice-belge-nele-lijnen-demande-la-suspension-de-laide-militaire-au-rwanda\/","title":{"rendered":"La s\u00e9natrice belge Nele Lijnen demande la suspension de l\u2019aide militaire au Rwanda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kigali: La Belgique doit cesser sa coop\u00e9ration militaire avec le Rwanda en raison de la situation dans l&rsquo;est de la RDC, estime la s\u00e9natrice belge Nele Lijnen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abJe ne peux que constater que la situation ne fait que s&rsquo;aggraver jour apr\u00e8s jour et que notre diplomatie se tait dans toutes les langues \u00e0 propos de cette ing\u00e9rence du Rwanda dans l&rsquo;est du Congo \u00bb<\/em>, indique Nele Lijnen dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 ce lundi 30 juillet.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abNotre pays commence \u00e0 se retrouver isol\u00e9 sur le plan diplomatique \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent que plusieurs autres dont l&rsquo;Allemagne et les Pays-Bas ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de sanctions \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard du Rwanda. Cela doit changer \u00bb<\/em>, ajoute-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>La Belgique aide \u00e0 la fois le Rwanda et le Congo, une situation schizophr\u00e9nique, a-t-elle encore dit.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, selon le Minist\u00e8re belge de la D\u00e9fense, l&rsquo;aide belge est minime et ne consiste qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019encadrement de huit \u00e9tudiants rwandais \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9cole royale militaire.<\/p>\n<p>La violence a repris au Nord-Kivu \u00e0 la suite des combats qui opposent l\u2019arm\u00e9e congolaise aux mutins du M23 qui, selon l&rsquo;ONU, seraient soutenus par le Rwanda. Ces all\u00e9gations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es par Kigali.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin du mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt, le ministre belge des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res se rendra au Congo et au Rwanda pour \u00e9voquer la situation avec les deux parties.
