Celle-ci est accus\u00e9e, comme son mari en l\u2019occurrence, d\u2019une alliance quasi aveugle avec le pr\u00e9sident Kagame. Les internautes soulignent que la politique rwandaise et r\u00e9gionale a \u00e9t\u00e9, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, sous l\u2019emprise de la puissance de ce couple. Celui-ci aurait de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re prot\u00e9g\u00e9 le pouvoir du pr\u00e9sident Kagame, accus\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises de crimes commis au Rwanda et \u00e0 l\u2019Est du Congo.<\/p>\n<p>A travers les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, certains Rwandais sont tr\u00e8s en col\u00e8re contre le couple Clinton. Les internautes disent sans d\u00e9tour que le couple n\u2019a pas su prendre la distance qu\u2019il aurait fallu pour mieux cerner la probl\u00e9matique rwandaise, cela par int\u00e9r\u00eat ou par fanatisme outrancier. Les internautes pensent \u00e0 tort ou \u00e0 raison, que ce sont les Clinton qui auraient contribu\u00e9 au blocage de certains rapports de l\u2019ONU (Mapping report) concernant les violations graves des droits de l\u2019homme commises par l\u2019arm\u00e9e de Paul Kagame.<\/p>\n<p>Les internautes rwandais esp\u00e8rent, r\u00e9seaux sociaux interpos\u00e9s, que le nouveau pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain va aider la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs africains \u00e0 extirper la culture de l\u2019impunit\u00e9. Certains Rwandais pensent que le pr\u00e9sident Trump aidera le Rwanda et la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 d\u00e9mocratiser la vie politique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de l\u2019espace politique et \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression.<\/p>\n<p>Tels sont les avis de la plupart des internautes rwandais qui se sont exprim\u00e9s nomm\u00e9ment ou par anonymat sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. L\u2019\u00e9lection de Donald Trump est plut\u00f4t bien salu\u00e9e par les Rwandais, surtout la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et l\u2019opposition rwandaise.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain est donc tr\u00e8s attendu sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. Au Rwanda, les enjeux sont multiples et complexes. Reste \u00e0 savoir la position et le positionnement de Donald Trump.
