Plus d\u2019un million de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es, y compris des Hutu et d\u2019autres personnes oppos\u00e9es \u00e0 ce g\u00e9nocide, notamment des Belges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi la communaut\u00e9 internationale n\u2019a-t-elle pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 emp\u00eacher ce g\u00e9nocide ? Est-ce que la Belgique a vu venir ce g\u00e9nocide? Ce sont ces questions qu\u2019a abord\u00e9es la conf\u00e9rence-d\u00e9bat organis\u00e9e par le Centre de recherches interdisciplinaires D\u00e9mocratie, Institutions et Subjectivit\u00e9 (CriDIS) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 catholique de Louvain (Belgique Rwa) le 18 mai 2016, en partenariat avec la plateforme d\u2019information sur la situation des droits humains au Rwanda (RwaBaho) et le Centre pour la Pr\u00e9vention des Crimes contre l\u2019Humanit\u00e9 (CPCH).<\/p>\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence-d\u00e9bat s\u2019inscrivait dans le cadre de la 22\u00e8me comm\u00e9moration du g\u00e9nocide perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 contre les Tutsi qui r\u00e9sidaient au Rwanda, en 1994.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Selon la R\u00e9solution 2150 (2014) adopt\u00e9e par le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019ONU, il est un fait de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 publique qu\u2019entre le 6 avril et le 17 juillet 1994, un g\u00e9nocide a \u00e9t\u00e9 commis au Rwanda contre les Tutsi.
