De sources tr\u00e8s bien inform\u00e9es, nous venons d\u2019apprendre que le prisonnier politique Mr Sibomana Sylvain , Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des FDU-Inkingi , vient d\u2019\u00eatre sorti de son lieu de d\u00e9tention et conduit dans le local d\u2019isolement, tristement appel\u00e9 \u00ab Ibagiro en kinyarwanda c.\u00e0.d. abattoir en fran\u00e7ais \u00bb o\u00f9 se font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les tortures et autres traitements inhumains et d\u00e9gradants. Il y a haut risque qu\u2019il soit de nouveau maltrait\u00e9 et tortur\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les FDU-Inkingi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 alert\u00e9es suite aux conditions dans la prison de Kimironko qui se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent depuis son incendie en date du 1 Avril 2017. Aucune information ne filtre sur les origines de cet incendie qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi par beaucoup de coups de feu. Cependant certaines sources non encore confirm\u00e9es, font \u00e9tat d\u2019une manipulation, foment\u00e9e de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur par les services de renseignement, pour se d\u00e9barrasser et, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, maltraiter les opposants incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s dans cette prison.<\/p>\n

Ce matin des personnes ont remarqu\u00e9 des coups de pierres lanc\u00e9es de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de cette prison et qui allaient dans toutes les directions. A la fin de la matin\u00e9e de ce 3 Avril 2017, des personnes ont vu Mr Sibomana Sylvain menott\u00e9 sortir de son lieu de d\u00e9tention. D\u00e8s lors, nous sommes fortement pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s pour des mauvais traitements qui pourraient s\u2019en suivre.<\/p>\n

Les FDU-Inkingi, qui soup\u00e7onnent des vis\u00e9es mal intentionn\u00e9es des autorit\u00e9s rwandaises, demandent que les causes de ce \u00e9ni\u00e8me incendie des centres de d\u00e9tentions soient clarifi\u00e9es par un organe ind\u00e9pendant. Elles demandent que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique des d\u00e9tenus de cette prison soient garanties et que des observateurs neutres soient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre ce qui se passe dans les prisons rwandaises actuellement.<\/p>\n

Les FDU-Inkingi demandent aux organisations de droits de l\u2019homme et la Croix-Rouge de faire tout leur possible pour faire le suivi des conditions de d\u00e9tention dans cette prison.<\/p>\n
