COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les FDU-Inkingi ont accueilli positivement le courage de Mme Diane Rwigara d’oser d\u00e9noncer publiquement et sans d\u00e9tour les d\u00e9rives du r\u00e9gime dictatorial du FPR. Cela \u00e0 l’occasion de l’annonce de sa volont\u00e9 de se porter candidate aux \u00e9lections du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Kagame. En effet, au vu des risques qu’encourt toute personne qui se montre critique face \u00e0 la dictature du FPR, une telle initiative rel\u00e8ve d’un courage exceptionnel, car, tous ceux qui ont montr\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9fendre un peuple malmen\u00e9 depuis 20 ans, en ont pay\u00e9 de leur vie ou ont \u00e9t\u00e9 emprisonn\u00e9s ou pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 l’exil.<\/span><\/p>\n

Toutefois nous rappelons qu\u2019il n\u2019aura pas d\u2019\u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles au Rwanda en Ao\u00fbt 2017 puisque le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame a \u00e9t\u00e9 intronis\u00e9 par le R\u00e9f\u00e9rendum que le FPR a impos\u00e9 aux Rwandais en d\u00e9cembre 2015.<\/p>\n

Il faut plusieurs pr\u00e9alables pour pr\u00e9tendre organiser des \u00e9lections cr\u00e9dibles et d\u00e9mocratiques.<\/p>\n

Il faut lib\u00e9rer tous les prisonniers politiques comme notre Pr\u00e9sidente, Mme Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, dont le seul crime est d’avoir os\u00e9 se pr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9lections contre le dictateur Paul Kagame. D’autres leaders de partis d’opposition comme D\u00e9o Mushayidi, Dr Niyitegeka Th\u00e9oneste candidat ind\u00e9pendant aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles en 2003, ainsi que plusieurs autres opposants ou activistes et journalistes doivent recouvrer leur libert\u00e9. Il faut la libert\u00e9 d’expression pour tous et la libert\u00e9 d’association pour tous.<\/p>\n

Aussi longtemps qu’il r\u00e9gnera un r\u00e9gime qui terrorise la population par des assassinats, des emprisonnements arbitraires, des tortures et des harc\u00e8lements divers, il ne peut y avoir d’\u00e9lections libres et d\u00e9mocratiques.<\/p>\n

Nous appelons tous les Rwandais \u00e0 se mobiliser afin de mettre un terme \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime qui les opprime et se maintient par la terreur.<\/p>\n
