Aucune autre raison \u00e0 part la r\u00e9pression des opposants politiques ne peut ni justifier, ni expliqu\u00e9 cette enl\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ONU a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 le 30 ao\u00fbt, Journ\u00e9e internationale des victimes de disparition forc\u00e9e. Cette journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 instaur\u00e9 pour attirer l&rsquo;attention sur le sort des personnes emprisonn\u00e9es contre leur gr\u00e9 dans de<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a0mauvaises conditions et dans des lieux inconnus de leurs familles et\/ou de leurs repr\u00e9sentants l\u00e9gaux. Comme un symbole, c\u2019est ce jour qu\u2019a choisi le r\u00e9gime rwandais pour faire disparaitre Diane Rwigara.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Les disparitions forc\u00e9es ont souvent servi de strat\u00e9gie au r\u00e9gime du FPR pour instaurer la terreur dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 rwandaise. Le sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9sultant de cette pratique ne se limite pas aux proches de la personne disparue, mais touche aussi tous les acteurs se sentant de potentielles victimes et l\u2019ensemble de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est une pratique courante utilis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9gime dont Diane et sa famille ne viennent aujourd\u2019hui que compl\u00e9ter la liste. Au Rwanda, elles sont utilis\u00e9es en particulier comme moyen de r\u00e9pression politique des opposants.<\/p>\n<p>Jambo ASBL en appel :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; au peuple Rwandais pour qu\u2019il se l\u00e8ve et r\u00e9clame justice pour toutes les victimes de disparitions forc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale pour qu\u2019elle condamne cette r\u00e9pression extra-judiciaire d\u2019opposant \u00e0 la politique du FPR<\/p>\n<p>Jambo ASBL r\u00e9clame que soit remis en libert\u00e9 et ce, sans d\u00e9lai Diane Rwigara ainsi que l\u2019ensemble de sa famille.
