COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE 010\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 Directeur de la Plateforme P5, organe ex\u00e9cutif, s\u2019est r\u00e9uni ce
\n08 Octobre 2017. Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 en revue la situation politique et
\ns\u00e9curitaire qui pr\u00e9vaut au Rwanda et dans la sous – r\u00e9gion des Grands
\nLacs d’Afrique, le Comit\u00e9 Directeur annonce aux Rwandais, aux amis du
\nRwanda et \u00e0 la Communaut\u00e9 Internationale ce qui suit :<\/p>\n

1. La Plateforme P5 reste inqui\u00e8te de la situation politique qui est
\nexplosive au Rwanda;<\/p>\n

2. La Plateforme P5 d\u00e9nonce la clique au pouvoir qui utilise le pouvoir
\npour r\u00e9primer et opprimer son propre peuple en se cachant derri\u00e8re les
\nlois et les institutions con\u00e7ues et mises en place pour se prot\u00e9ger. La
\nmani\u00e8re dont le pr\u00e9sident Kagame a l\u00e2ch\u00e9 ses institutions contre Diane
\nRwigara lors de la prestation de serment du nouveau gouvernement est
\nencore dans nos m\u00e9moires. C\u2019est cette m\u00eame pr\u00e9cipitation qui fait que
\nplus d\u2019un mois apr\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est train\u00e9e en justice jour et nuit, le
\nMinist\u00e8re public n\u2019a pas encore de faits concerts \u00e0 lui reprocher sans
\noublier le fait que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa comparution le 06\/10 dernier, elle
\nn\u2019avait pas non plus pu s\u2019entretenir avec son conseil, droit le plus
\n\u00e9l\u00e9mentaire en justice ;<\/p>\n

3. La Plateforme P5 rappelle que cette mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der du pr\u00e9sident
\nKagame fut la m\u00eame contre Mme Victoire Ingabire, pr\u00e9sidente des FDU \u2013
\nInkingi avant son emprisonnement quant il d\u00e9clara que Victoire Ingabire
\nva se heurter sur un mur de lois que Kagame a \u00e9rig\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n

4. Par rapport aux accusations port\u00e9es contre les responsables des FDU \u2013
\nInkingi, la Plateforme P5 rappelle d\u2019abord que le Ministre public alt\u00e8re
\nvolontairement sa composition en y incluant les membres de sa guise dans
\nle seul but de lui coller l\u2019\u00e9tiquette de groupe arm\u00e9. Comme ce fut
\n\u00e9galement le cas pour Mme Victoire Ingabire, la taupe du FPR infiltr\u00e9e
\npour aider le Minist\u00e8re public \u00e0 fabriquer les accusations et faire
\nporter le chapeau \u00e0 la Plateforme P5 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9masqu\u00e9e, et est
\nactuellement remise en libert\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n

5. La Plateforme P5 r\u00e9affirme que seule une alternance politique peut
\ngarantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement durable au Rwanda. Dans ce
\nsens, elle demande \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 lui pr\u00eater main
\nforte en imposant les garanties en mati\u00e8re de libert\u00e9s d\u2019expression et
\nd\u2019association, comme pr\u00e9alables pour continuer toute coop\u00e9ration avec le
\ngouvernement en place \u00e0 Kigali.<\/p>\n
