A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque il n&rsquo;avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 si une transaction financi\u00e8re du m\u00eame genre avait \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e entre les 2 pays.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la vente d&rsquo;\u00eatres humains la plus exorbitante face \u00e0 celle qui se passe actuellement en Libye.<\/p>\n<p>Il est urgent que tous les africains condamnent cette nouvelle vente d&rsquo;\u00eatres humains avec la m\u00eame \u00e9nergie mise a condamner ce qui se passe en Libye.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut conjuguer nos efforts et d\u00e9noncer les deux ventes par des manifestations, devant les ambassades de Libye et du Rwanda dans tous les pays \u00e9pris de libert\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Selon le journal progouvernemental rwandais IGIHE..
