COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE N\u00b0 006\/PS.IMB\/NB\/2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vu les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9lections du Parlement Rwandais tenues en dates du 02 et du 03 Septembre 2018 \u00e0 l’issue desquelles le Parti FPR INKOTANYI se taille la part du lion et ne r\u00e9serve \u00e1 ses partis satellites dont PSD,PL,Green Party et PS Imberakuri branche FPR INKOTANYI que des miettes;<\/p>\n

Attendu que le Parti FPR INKOTANYI a tourn\u00e9 le dos \u00e1 l’ouverture politique et n’accepte que les partis satellites regroup\u00e9s au sein de la plateforme sous son controle,app\u00e9l\u00e9e FORUM;<\/p>\n

Constatant que ces partis satellites ne sont pas des forces politiques mais plut\u00f4t des groupements des individus anim\u00e9s par des int\u00e9r\u00eats conjoncturels et \u00e9lectoraux ne disposant pas d’ancrage populaire;<\/p>\n

Le Parti PS Imberakuri informe ses membres,les activistes de la d\u00e9mocratie et la communaut\u00e9 internationale ce qui suit:<\/p>\n

Article premier:<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9lections du Parlement Rwandais tenue en dates du 02 et du 03 Septembre 2018 illustrent \u00e0 merveille que le Parti FPR INKOTANYI est plus que jamais d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 controler sans partage le Parlement Rwandais.<\/p>\n

Article 2:<\/p>\n

L’objectif du Parti FPR INKOTANYI d’occuper tous les si\u00e8ges du Parlement est une preuve vivante que ce parti n’est pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 ouvrir l’espace politique mais plut\u00f4t qu’il est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 comme d’habitude \u00e0 travailler avec ses partis satellites acquis \u00e0 sa cause regroup\u00e9s au sein du FORUM tout en \u00e9cartant les partis d’opposition Rwandais internes et externes capables de lui faire de l’ombre.<\/p>\n

Artcle\u00e0 3:<\/p>\n

Le Parti PS Imberakuri r\u00e9affirme sans manier la langue de bois que les partis PSD,PL,Green Party et PS Imberakuri branche FPR INKOTANYI ne sont pas des partis d’opposition mais des associations des personnes tenues par des postes politiques et qui n’ont pas de vision politique,encore moins des strat\u00e9gies politiques de prise de pouvoir par les urnes.<\/p>\n

Article 4:<\/p>\n

Le Parti PS Imberakuri pr\u00e9sente ses vifs remerciements aux pays \u00e9trangers et organismes internationaux plus particuli\u00e8rement l’Union Europ\u00e9enne pour ne pas avoir financ\u00e9 ce simulacle d’\u00e9lections voire envoyer des observateurs.Le Parti PS Imberakuri informe la communaut\u00e9 internationale que le Parlement Rwandais issu des \u00e9lections parlementaire du 02 et du 03 Septembre 2018 reste toujours la chasse gard\u00e9e du FPR INKOTANYI et ses partis satellites et il continuera en cons\u00e9quence \u00e0 agir comme la caisse de r\u00e9sonnance du FPR INKOTANYI.<\/p>\n
