Cette initiative, exprim\u00e9e notamment dans deux lettres ouvertes au pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame, vise \u00e0 obtenir un espace d\u00e9mocratique qui permettra une transition d\u00e9mocratique au Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Celle qui a pass\u00e9 8 ans en prison pour avoir voulu se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2010 et qui est maintenant libre parle librement de l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une transition d\u00e9mocratique pour toute la population rwandaise mais aussi pour les pays voisins du Rwanda, et notamment le Burundi, l&rsquo;Ouganda et le Congo.<\/p>\n<p>Madame Ingabire d\u00e9monte \u00e9galement le mythe du \u00ab\u00a0miracle \u00e9conomique rwandais\u00a0\u00bb.
