{"id":6800,"date":"2019-03-01T10:09:10","date_gmt":"2019-03-01T10:09:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=6800"},"modified":"2019-03-01T10:09:54","modified_gmt":"2019-03-01T10:09:54","slug":"01-03-1997-massacres-dans-le-camp-de-tingi-tingi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/01-03-1997-massacres-dans-le-camp-de-tingi-tingi\/","title":{"rendered":"01\/03\/1997 &#8211; MASSACRES DANS LE CAMP DE TINGI-TINGI."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a 22 ans aujourd&rsquo;hui, 1er mars 1997, le camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de Tingi-Tingi a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris d\u2019assaut par l\u2019arm\u00e9e rwandaise sous les ordres de Paul Kagame et ont massacr\u00e9 ses derniers occupants y compris des enfants, femmes, malades qui ne pouvaient pas fuir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la matin\u00e9e du 1er mars 1997, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e Patriotique Rwandais (APR) sont entr\u00e9s dans le camp de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de Tingi-Tingi et ont tu\u00e9 sans discrimination les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s Hutu Rwandais et Burundais qui y \u00e9taient rest\u00e9s. Bien que la plupart des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s aient d\u00e9j\u00e0 quitt\u00e9 le camp, plusieurs centaines d\u2019entre eux s\u2019y trouvaient encore, parmi lesquels de nombreux malades soign\u00e9s dans le dispensaire et des enfants non accompagn\u00e9s. Les troupes de l\u2019APR auraient tu\u00e9 la plupart des victimes \u00e0 coups de couteau. Les corps ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 enterr\u00e9s dans plusieurs charniers par des volontaires de la Croix-Rouge de Lubutu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s midi du 1er mars 1997, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019APR ont ouvert le feu sur les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s qui se trouvaient dans la queue de la colonne en fuite vers Lubutu et en ont tu\u00e9 plusieurs dizaines. Le m\u00eame jour, les militaires de l\u2019APR ont tu\u00e9 par balle plusieurs centaines de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s qui attendaient pour traverser le pont sur la rivi\u00e8re Lubilinga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sont morts noy\u00e9s en se jetant dans la rivi\u00e8re; d\u2019autres sont morts pi\u00e9tin\u00e9s par la foule en panique. Le lendemain, le 2 mars, les militaires de l\u2019APR ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la population de Lubutu d\u2019enterrer les victimes, mais la plupart des corps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9s dans la rivi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>(Reyntjens, F., 2009.
