Or l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 300 personnes venues de nombreux pays, a \u00e9t\u00e9 attrist\u00e9 par l&rsquo;assassinat pendant la nuit de M. Anselme Mutuyimana, principal assistant de Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placide Kayumba, porte-parole du FDU-Inkingi \u00e0 Bruxelles, d\u00e9crit le parcours de ce militant pour la paix et la d\u00e9mocratie ainsi que les circonstances de son assassinat o\u00f9 tout indique que le r\u00e9gime de Kagame qui dirige le pays en porte l&rsquo;enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9. L&rsquo;objectif, semer la peur et intimider les Rwandais qui souhaitent une transformation pacifique de ce pays vers la d\u00e9mocratie.
