Mr. Emmanuel Macron a pris une d\u00e9cision sage de ne pas aller repr\u00e9senter son pays dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies marquant le 25\u00e8me anniversaire du g\u00e9nocide des tutsis rwandais. En effet, ce g\u00e9nocide a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0commis par les rwandais contre les autres rwandais; l’actuel dictateur de Kigali l’a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 et a emp\u00each\u00e9\u00a0l’intervention des forces internationales pour l’arr\u00eater (Lisez \u00a0\u00bb\u00a0Lettre ouverte \u00c0 Son Excellence Monsieur Emmanuel Macron\u00a0<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dictateur sanguinaire Paul Kagame a jou\u00e9\u00a0un role majeur dans son ex\u00e9cution, et n’a cess\u00e9\u00a0de l’exploiter jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pour ses int\u00e9r\u00eats tr\u00e8s personnels. Il\u00a0a tellement du sang sur ses mains qu’il ne m\u00e9rite pas d’\u00eatre honor\u00e9\u00a0par la pr\u00e9sence de M. Emmanuel Macron dans ces c\u00e9r\u00e9monies. Si M. Emmanuel Macron veut conserver sa cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, il devrait consid\u00e9rer M. Paul Kagame comme le nouveau Idi Amin Dada de l’Afrique centrale, un tueur dangereux, cynique et sans scrupule. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0est que sans l’attentat du 6 Avril 1994 contre l’avion qui transportait les pr\u00e9sidents rwandais et burundais, un acte terroriste dont\u00a0M. Paul Kagame est responsable, il n’y aurait pas eu de g\u00e9nocide au Rwanda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je tiens donc \u00e0 vous rappeler, Mesdames et Messieurs signataires de cette lettre, que apr\u00e8s vingt-cinq ans, c’est\u00a0plut\u00f4t\u00a0vous qui devriez effectuer des pas d\u00e9cisifs pour la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la justice. La\u00a0v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est que Paul Kagame par son acte terroriste, a viol\u00e9 les Accords de Paix d’Arusha, et le Rwanda a sombr\u00e9 dans le\u00a0g\u00e9nocide. La\u00a0v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u00a0est que le peuple rwandais a le grand malheur d’avoir un tueur de haut calibre\u00a0\u00e0 la\u00a0t\u00eate de l’Etat alors que sa place devrait\u00a0\u00eatre la prison comme c’est le cas pour Charles Taylor.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihuriro ry’Inyabutatu que je dirige est compos\u00e9 de rescap\u00e9s du g\u00e9nocide et d’anciens soldats de Paul Kagame, qui appr\u00e9cient le\u00a0r\u00f4le de la France pour l’aboutissement des Accords d’Arusha, et des efforts de la France pour sauver les vies humaines durant le\u00a0g\u00e9nocide.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En choisissant de ne pas aller serrer la main du diable pendant les comm\u00e9morations du\u00a0g\u00e9nocide,\u00a0M. Emmanuel Macron honore donc la France et nous tous qui avons souffert de l’attentat terroriste du 6 Avril 1994 qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 le g\u00e9nocide et dont l’auteur n’est autre que Paul Kagame selon les t\u00e9moignages dignes de foi de ses anciens soldats entendus sur\u00a0<\/strong>Radio Inyabutatu<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0et actuellement actifs au sein de l’organisation\u00a0Ihuriro ry’Inyabutatu<\/a>..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul Kagame a livr\u00e9 cyniquement les tutsis aux milices interahamwe qu’il avait minutieusement infiltr\u00e9s.\u00a0Paul Kagame a interdit \u00e0 ses soldats de\u00a0secourir leurs propres familles en danger d’extermination; il s’est oppos\u00e9 cat\u00e9goriquement\u00a0\u00e0 tout effort visant\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0arr\u00eater les massacres tout en sanchant que sa propre famille n’\u00e9tait pas au Rwanda au moment\u00a0o\u00f9\u00a0il a allum\u00e9 le feu. Il devrait\u00a0plut\u00f4t \u00eatre trait\u00e9 comme d’autres g\u00e9nocidaires et ne pas \u00eatre\u00a0rehauss\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Fran\u00e7aise, M. Emmanuel Macron.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous vous rappelons,\u00a0Mesdames et Messieurs,\u00a0<\/strong>signataires de cette lettre,\u00a0qu’il est\u00a0temps,\u00a0\u00e0 l’exemple du Pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron<\/strong>, d’emp\u00eacher Paul Kagame de continuer\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0propager ses mensonges ignobles sur la mort atroce de plusieurs centaines de milliers des rwandais innocents perdus dans le g\u00e9nocide \u00e0 cause de sa folie\u00a0meurtri\u00e8re afin quil puisse laisser leurs \u00e2mes reposer en paix.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
