Vincentello d&rsquo;Istria, mars 2018). Cet individu a \u00e9crit une lettre de 8 pages qu&rsquo;il envoie syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 tous les libraires, m\u00e9dias, centres culturels, biblioth\u00e8ques de Corse et de France continentale. En gros il, m&rsquo;accuse d&rsquo;\u00eatre un \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9gationniste\u00a0\u00bb du g\u00e9nocide d&rsquo;avril-juin 1994 contre les Tutsis du Rwanda. Je n&rsquo;ai jamais ni\u00e9 ce g\u00e9nocide, je fais m\u00eame partie de ceux qui l&rsquo;ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9, d\u00e8s mon premier s\u00e9jour au Rwanda en 1996, et d\u00e8s mon premier livre \u00ab\u00a0Kadogo, enfants des guerres d&rsquo;Afrique centrale\u00a0\u00bb (L&rsquo;Harmattan, 2003). Cependant, dans mes \u00e9crits et en particulier dans le livre paru en 2018, j&rsquo;affirme aussi que si des centaines de milliers de Tutsis ont bel et bien \u00e9t\u00e9 massacr\u00e9s sur ordre des autorit\u00e9s int\u00e9rimaires du Rwanda et par des milices arm\u00e9es hutu entre avril et juin 1994, des centaines de milliers Hutus ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 massacr\u00e9s avant, durant et apr\u00e8s cette m\u00eame p\u00e9riode et que ces massacres-l\u00e0 ont ensuite touch\u00e9 les Hutus r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s au Congo\/Za\u00efre ainsi que la population congolaise (\u00e0 partir de 1996). Le 10 mars dernier, j&rsquo;ai co-organis\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence-d\u00e9bat sur la Corse, \u00e0 Calvi. Cela n&rsquo;avait rien \u00e0 voir avec le Rwanda. Quelques jours plus tard, le responsable de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement o\u00f9 a eu lieu cette conf\u00e9rence a lui aussi re\u00e7u le fameux courrier de 8 pages de l&rsquo;individu. C&rsquo;est ce dernier fait qui m&rsquo;a convaincu de r\u00e9agir et de porter plainte, apr\u00e8s \u00eatre rest\u00e9 passif et silencieux pendant pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est chose faite aujourd&rsquo;hui. J&rsquo;ajoute que je ne suis pas coutumier de ce genre de proc\u00e9dure: c&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois que je porte plainte. Mais l\u00e0, cet individu est all\u00e9 trop loin. Qu&rsquo;il sache que je suis plus que jamais d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir aux lecteurs ma part de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur ce qui s&rsquo;est r\u00e9ellement pass\u00e9 au Rwanda.
