Vingt-cinq ans apr\u00e8s cet ignoble attentat qui semble avoir pass\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;oubli malgr\u00e9 ses abominables cons\u00e9quences, le colonel Laurent Serubuga revient sur la vie de cet ami et chef militaire avec qui il a partag\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 40 ans d&rsquo;existence. Il d\u00e9crit le parcours de l&rsquo;homme politique int\u00e8gre et aim\u00e9 qui, trahi par les siens, abandonn\u00e9 par ses pairs et sacrifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;autel des int\u00e9r\u00eats g\u00e9opolitiques de ses anciens admirateurs, voit sa trajectoire brutalement bris\u00e9e alors qu&rsquo;il est en pleine ascension. Une nouvelle \u00e8re s&rsquo;ouvre dans toute la sous-r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs Africains qui est, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour, en proie \u00e0 des violences sociales, des crimes indescriptibles et une instabilit\u00e9 politique sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote style=\"text-align:left\" class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&nbsp;<em>Laurent Serubuga est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Giciye le 01 janvier 1939.
