Apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9tention arbitraire de quatre ans, Il avait b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle en septembre 2018 avec la vague de 2140 prisonniers parmi lesquels Victoire INGABIRE Umuhoza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ODHR est sid\u00e9r\u00e9 par les proc\u00e9dures de d\u00e9tention de la police rwandaise et des services charg\u00e9 des poursuites. Les simulations de suicide pour casher les assassinats programm\u00e9s dans les stations de police sont courantes et les auteurs ne sont pas inqui\u00e9t\u00e9s. L\u2019assassinat de KIZITO MIHIGO dans les stations de police vient s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 une longue liste de personnes tu\u00e9s seulement \u00e0 Kigali sans parler des autres stations de police dans le pays.
