{"id":7745,"date":"2020-03-18T12:47:35","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T12:47:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=7745"},"modified":"2020-03-18T12:47:37","modified_gmt":"2020-03-18T12:47:37","slug":"rib-veut-me-remettre-en-prison-mme-ingabire-victoire-accuse-et-denonce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/rib-veut-me-remettre-en-prison-mme-ingabire-victoire-accuse-et-denonce\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0\u00bb RIB veut me remettre en Prison \u00ab\u00a0\/ Mme INGABIRE Victoire Accuse et D\u00e9nonce."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&quot; RIB veut me remettre en Prison &quot;\/  Mme INGABIRE Victoire  Accuse et  D\u00e9nonce.\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Kr16kIS8lgI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, pense que les interrogatoires intempestifs de RIB service de renseignement rwandais, tendent \u00e0 planifier de nouveau son incarc\u00e9ration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le mois d\u2019octobre 2019, Mme Ingabire est souvent convoqu\u00e9e au RIB, Rwanda investigation Bureau o\u00f9 elle y subit des interrogatoires de nature \u00e0 la d\u00e9stabiliser mentalement  et l\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019exercer son droit politique ;  dira-t-elle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un peu d\u2019historique Victoire Ingabire  est aux Pays-Bas durant le g\u00e9nocide de 1994. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En janvier 2010,  elle  rentre au Rwanda pour y continuer ses activit\u00e9s politiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est la pr\u00e9sidente des Forces d\u00e9mocratiques unifi\u00e9es (FDU), parti d&rsquo;opposition rwandaise . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle tente de se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2010,  mais son parti n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s rwandaises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accus\u00e9e entre autre de conspiration et de n\u00e9gation du g\u00e9nocide de 1994,  Mme Ingabire est jug\u00e9e et condamn\u00e9e en octobre 2010, \u00e0 15 ans de prison ferme.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est finalement lib\u00e9r\u00e9e en septembre 2018, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision de gr\u00e2ce pr\u00e9sidentielle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sa sortie de prison, son parti politique les FDU Inkingi n\u2019a pas encore obtenu une reconnaissance officielle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samedi 9 novembre 2019, Mme Ingabire Victoire annonce  la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouveau parti politique, DALFA UMURINZI, parti dirig\u00e9 essentiellement par les rwandais  vivant au Rwanda, contrairement aux FDU qui \u00e9taient beaucoup plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Rwanda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mois apr\u00e8s, en octobre 2019, Mme Ingabire est convoqu\u00e9e au RIB, Rwanda investigation Bureau o\u00f9 elle y subit des interrogatoires muscl\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mme Ingabire pense que le RIB pr\u00e9pare un dossier dans le but de l\u2019incarc\u00e9rer de nouveau.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle  Accuse  et  D\u00e9nonce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ikondera libre, 12\/03\/2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, pense que les interrogatoires intempestifs de RIB service de renseignement rwandais, tendent \u00e0 planifier de nouveau son incarc\u00e9ration.
