J\u2019y r\u00e9affirmerai que la Francophonie, ce n\u2019est pas simplement une langue en partage mais aussi une communaut\u00e9 de principes et d\u2019id\u00e9aux dont le rappel \u00e0 chaque occasion est n\u00e9cessaire, et notamment en RDC mais pas seulement l\u00e0 \u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 devant la Conf\u00e9rence des ambassadeurs, r\u00e9unie \u00e0 l\u2019Elys\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois Hollande a promis de rencontrer l\u2019opposition politique, les militants associatifs et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. <em>\u00ab C\u2019est le sens de la nouvelle politique africaine de la France : tout dire partout et faire en sorte que ce qui soit dit soit fait \u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il affirm\u00e9, indiquant qu\u2019en 2050,<em> \u00ab 80% des Francophones seront Africains, 700 millions de femmes et d\u2019hommes, chacun comprend ici l\u2019enjeu \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Certains partis de l\u2019opposition congolaise ainsi que des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile souhaitaient que ce sommet soit d\u00e9localis\u00e9, d\u00e9plorant notamment <em>\u00ab le non respect des droits de l\u2019homme, le manque de transparence dans les derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et la crise dans l\u2019Est du pays \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En visite en RDC en juillet dernier, la ministre fran\u00e7aise d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 la Francophonie, Yamina Benguigui avait confirm\u00e9 la tenue de ce sommet \u00e0 Kinshasa, refusant cependant de confirmer la pr\u00e9sence de son pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p>Elle avait notamment d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 part une ou deux personnes, la majorit\u00e9 des opposants congolais ne lui ont pas demand\u00e9 l\u2019annulation de ce sommet.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 quelques jours avant la visite de Yamina Benguigui, Fran\u00e7ois Hollande et Abdou Diouf, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OIF, avaient indiqu\u00e9 que <em>\u00ab les autorit\u00e9s de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo doivent d\u00e9montrer leur r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 de promouvoir la d\u00e9mocratie et l\u2019Etat de droit \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mais le communiqu\u00e9 ne pr\u00e9cisait pas les actions que les deux personnalit\u00e9s souhaitent que le gouvernement congolais entreprenne pour d\u00e9montrer leur bonne volont\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source:Radio Okapi<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Fran\u00e7ois Hollande a annonc\u00e9 ce lundi 27 ao\u00fbt qu\u2019il participerait au sommet de l\u2019Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 Kinshasa en octobre prochain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":804,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[58],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-803","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-afrique"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.3.1 -
