{"id":8281,"date":"2020-09-03T00:23:52","date_gmt":"2020-09-03T00:23:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=8281"},"modified":"2020-09-03T00:23:57","modified_gmt":"2020-09-03T00:23:57","slug":"combattre-une-dictature-sanguinaire-est-un-acte-citoyen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/combattre-une-dictature-sanguinaire-est-un-acte-citoyen\/","title":{"rendered":"Combattre une dictature sanguinaire est un acte citoyen."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>PAUL RUSESABAGINA N\u2019EST PAS UN TERRORISTE.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le&nbsp;<strong>Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB)&nbsp;<\/strong>a annonc\u00e9 ce lundi 31 ao\u00fbt 2020 l\u2019arrestation de Paul&nbsp;Rusesabagina, un des responsables du MRCD, une plate-forme regroupant trois partis politiques&nbsp;rwandais en exil, dont le PDR Ihumure qu\u2019il a cr\u00e9\u00e9, le RRM du major Callixte&nbsp;Sankara Nsabimana actuellement en prison au Rwanda et le RDI Rwanda Nziza de l\u2019ancien&nbsp;Premier ministre Faustin Twagiramungu. Le MRCD avait d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 haut et fort la dictature sanguinaire de Paul Kagame qui a pris en otage le pays depuis sa victoire militaire en juillet 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les circonstances et le lieu de l\u2019arrestation de Paul Rusesabagina n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9s par le RIB&nbsp;qui a annonc\u00e9 que le malheureux \u00e9tait d\u00e9sormais incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la tristement c\u00e9l\u00e8bre brigade de Remera o\u00f9 fut assassin\u00e9 le chanteur Kizito Mihigo en f\u00e9vrier dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, Paul Rusesabagina est le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre h\u00e9ros du g\u00e9nocide des Tutsi, entre avril et juillet&nbsp;1994. Alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque&nbsp;directeur de l\u2019h\u00f4tel&nbsp;des Mille collines \u00e0 Kigali, il avait pris \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de risques en cachant plusieurs milliers de Tutsi ainsi que des Hutu qui \u00e9taient menac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son attitude h\u00e9ro\u00efque avait \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e par la communaut\u00e9 international, surtout apr\u00e8s la sortie du film\u00a0<em>H\u00f4tel Rwanda\u00a0<\/em>qui s\u2019inspire essentiellement de son action pendant les tragiques\u00a0\u00e9v\u00e8nements. L\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain, Georges Bush\u00a0Junior lui avait m\u00eame d\u00e9cern\u00e9 en 2005, la\u00a0<strong>\u00ab<em>m\u00e9daille de la libert\u00e9<\/em>\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e0 la Maison Blanche pour honorer cet engagement mais aussi en\u00a0reconnaissance des actions humanitaires de la Fondation H\u00f4tel Rwanda qu\u2019il avait cr\u00e9\u00e9e et qu\u2019il\u00a0pr\u00e9sidait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rwanda Bridge Builders (RBB),&nbsp;<\/strong>Cadre de concertation des organisations politiques et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile rwandaise en exil,&nbsp;salue le courage politique, le patriotisme, l\u2019engagement pour la d\u00e9mocratie et les droits humains, ainsi que d\u2019autres valeurs humanistes dont ce h\u00e9ros a toujours fait preuve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rwanda Bridge Builders (RBB)&nbsp;<\/strong>estime que Paul Rusesabagina comme d\u2019autres patriotes rwandais&nbsp;ont le devoir de combattre le r\u00e9gime de Paul Kagame,&nbsp;\u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il maintient le pays sous&nbsp;la terreur, des assassinats politiques, des disparitions de personnes, des arrestations arbitraires, des exils forc\u00e9s, et la paup\u00e9risation de la population rurale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rwanda Bridge Builders (RBB)&nbsp;<\/strong>saisit cette occasion pour solliciter l\u2019appui de la communaut\u00e9 internationale pour qu\u2019elle puisse peser de son poids pour que d\u2019une part ce h\u00e9ros du g\u00e9nocide et combattant pour la libert\u00e9 retrouve ses droits le plus t\u00f4t possible, et pour que, d\u2019autre part, le&nbsp;r\u00e9gime dictatorial de Paul Kagame puisse accepter le dialogue politique ainsi que les libert\u00e9s publiques pouvant permettre l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable&nbsp;\u00c9tat de droit au Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fait \u00e0 Paris le 01\/09\/2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ambassadeur Jean Marie Vianney NDAGIJIMANA<\/strong><br>Porte-parole de Rwanda Bridge Builders, Cadre de concertation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PAUL RUSESABAGINA N\u2019EST PAS UN TERRORISTE.
