En seulement moins de deux semaines, sa vid\u00e9o tr\u00e8s critique envers les programmes et le gouvernement rwandais, a battu tous les records au Rwanda et a enregistr\u00e9 plus de 200 000 visionnements. On ne parle que d\u2019elle sur tous les m\u00e9dias sociaux rwandais et la presse internationale commence aussi \u00e0 parler d\u2019elle. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une jeune femme de 42 ans, m\u00e8re de 4 enfants; mais une femme pas comme les autres et son nom, elle s\u2019appelle : Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"566\" src=\"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8648\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange.jpg 790w, https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange-768x550.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange-696x499.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/02\/Idamange-586x420.jpg 586w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout a commenc\u00e9 le 31 janvier 2021 avec une publication de sa premi\u00e8re vid\u00e9o qui a dur\u00e9 un peu plus d\u2019une heure. Dans cette vid\u00e9o, elle fait des critiques tr\u00e8s s\u00e9v\u00e8res au Pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame et au Gouvernement Rwandais; un terrain sur lequel peut de rwandais osent s\u2019aventurer craignant un emprisonnement, une disparition ou m\u00eame une \u00e9limination tout court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis la parution de sa premi\u00e8re vid\u00e9o, Mme Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019objet des attaques de certains hommes politiques au pouvoir au Rwanda, et de la presse proche du r\u00e9gime de Kigali. Mais comme si cela ne suffisait pas, Mme Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza dit ne pas \u00eatre capable de se taire face aux injustices que subissent le peuple rwandais. Le 16 f\u00e9vrier 2021, elle va diffuser une autre vid\u00e9o, toujours en langue Kinyarwanda, mais cette fois-ci, plus virulente que la premi\u00e8re et appelant tous les rwandais \u00e0 faire une marche de protestation vers le village pr\u00e9sidentiel Urugwiro pour r\u00e9clamer, leurs droits, dit-elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juste apr\u00e8s la diffusion de cette vid\u00e9o du 16 f\u00e9vrier 2021, la police rwandaise a fait un raid au domicile de Mme Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 brutalement arr\u00eat\u00e9e et amen\u00e9 \u00e0 la police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son arrestation nous rappelle celle d\u2019un jeune chanteur et artiste rwandais Kizito Mihigo qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e 2020 et qui par co\u00efncidence sa mort dans une cellule de la police a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 exactement la m\u00eame date le 16 f\u00e9vrier 2020, la m\u00eame date \u00e0 laquelle Mme Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza est arr\u00eat\u00e9e par la police rwandaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La communaut\u00e9 rwandaise, les organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme et la communaut\u00e9 internationale sont inquiets que Mme Yvonne Idamange Iryamugwiza ne subisse le m\u00eame sort que celui de Kizito Mihigo, tous deux survivants du g\u00e9nocide rwandais contre les Tutsis et curieusement victimes du m\u00eame r\u00e9gime qui pr\u00e9tend avoir stopp\u00e9 le g\u00e9nocide et sauv\u00e9 les survivants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auteur de cet article :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jotham Rwamiheto<\/strong><br>Montr\u00e9al, Canada<br>E-mail :&nbsp;gardiendelademocratie@gmail.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jusqu\u2019il y a deux semaines, personne n\u2019avait jamais entendu parler de son nom.
