{"id":867,"date":"2012-09-02T22:11:17","date_gmt":"2012-09-02T20:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=867"},"modified":"2012-09-02T22:11:17","modified_gmt":"2012-09-02T20:11:17","slug":"rdcdes-officiers-instructeurs-belges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/rdcdes-officiers-instructeurs-belges\/","title":{"rendered":"RDC:Des officiers instructeurs belges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bruxelles, Belgique \u2013 Quinze officiers instructeurs belges quitteront samedi Bruxelles pour la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) o\u00f9 ils vont participer au Katanga \u00e0 un programme de formation \u2018Train the Trainer\u2019.<!--more-->\u00a0Le but est de former des instructeurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole du g\u00e9nie des FARDC, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Likasi, \u00e0 120 km au nord-est de Lubumbashi, le chef-lieu de la province mini\u00e8re du Katanga, dans le sud du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Selon un communiqu\u00e9 gouvernemental belge, ce programme, auquel sera attach\u00e9 un avion Hercules C-130, se d\u00e9roulera jusqu\u2019au mois de d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation fait partie du Programme de Partenariat militaire (PPM) conclu en 2004 avec la RDC et qui vise \u00e0 doter l&rsquo;ex-colonie belge d&rsquo;une arm\u00e9e nationale et r\u00e9publicaine.
