C\u2019est le cas du g\u00e9nocide survenu au Rwanda en 1994. 27 ans apr\u00e8s les faits, on continue \u00e0 enqu\u00eater. R\u00e9cemment, le 26 mars,\u00a0la Commission de recherche sur les archives fran\u00e7aises relatives au Rwanda et au g\u00e9nocide des Tutsi (1990-1994) remettait son\u00a0rapport au pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron. L\u2019historien qui la pr\u00e9side, Vincent Duclert, estimait que la France portait des\u00a0\u201cresponsabilit\u00e9s lourdes et accablantes\u201d\u00a0dans la trag\u00e9die. Alain Jupp\u00e9, chef du quai d\u2019Orsay de 1993 \u00e0 1995, reconnaissait dans une tribune parue dans\u00a0<em>Le Monde<\/em>\u00a0que la France n\u2019avait \u00ab\u00a0pas accompli assez\u00a0\u00bb face au g\u00e9nocide et n\u2019avait pas compris qu\u2019un tel massacre \u00ab\u00a0ne pouvait supporter des demi-mesures\u00a0\u00bb. Pendant ce temps, on parle peu d\u2019une question pourtant essentielle : qui a tir\u00e9 les missiles qui ont d\u00e9truit l\u2019avion transportant le pr\u00e9sident hutu rwandais Juv\u00e9nal Habyarimana et son homologue burundais le soir du 6 avril 1994 ?
