Selon le journal<\/strong>\u00a0Umuseke.com<\/a>, les soldats du bataillon 63 de l\u2019arm\u00e9e rwandaise ont tir\u00e9 et tu\u00e9 deux personnes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0ennemis du pays\u00a0\u00bb car elles n\u2019avaient pas emprunt\u00e9 la fronti\u00e8re officielle entre le Rwanda et la r\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les faits ont lieu dans le village de Murambi, la cellulle de Buhaza, le secteur de Rubavu au lieudit Disapora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon Maisha Patrick journaliste d\u2019Umuseke<\/em>, une seule personne a pu \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e. Il s\u2019agit de Nzayisenga Jean Damasc\u00e8ne qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 dans la nuit du 19 avril 2021 vers 22h00, la victime \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une autre personne qui est retourn\u00e9 ver la RDC. La seconde victime, non identifi\u00e9e, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9e le 20 avril 2021 t\u00f4t le matin, les deux personnes qui l\u2019accompagnaient sont elles aussi retourn\u00e9es en RDC. Les victimes tentaient d\u2019importer de la contrebande en provenance de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le commandant adjoint de la 201e brigade op\u00e9rant dans les districts de Rubavu, Nyabihu, Ngororero et Rutsiro, le Col. Mpabuka Innocent a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux habitants que les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9taient en train de garantir leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qu\u2019elles ne tiraient pas sur eux, il les a exhort\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9viter de traverser la fronti\u00e8re ill\u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le maire du district de Rubavu, Habyarimana Gilbert, a appel\u00e9 les gens \u00e0 s\u2019abstenir de traverser les buissons, pour lui lorsqu\u2019ils le font\u00a0ils deviennent les ennemis du pays<\/strong>, lui aussi les a exhort\u00e9s de passer par la fronti\u00e8re officielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab M\u00eame si les fronti\u00e8res sont ferm\u00e9es, des mesures sont en place pour faciliter le commerce entre les personnes de part et d\u2019autre de la fronti\u00e8re, sans passer par les chemins non officiels.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a ajout\u00e9 que c\u2019est malheureux de voir une personne traverser de nuit en passant \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la position de l\u2019arm\u00e9e, il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la population de ne plus le faire. \u00ab Traversez la fronti\u00e8re l\u00e9galement, je vous assure que la fronti\u00e8re de Rutagara, dont vous avez demand\u00e9 la r\u00e9ouverture, le sera peut-\u00eatre prochainement \u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 14 avril 2021, l\u2019arm\u00e9e rwandaise avait tir\u00e9 sur deux autres personnes \u00e0 Rubavu. Il s\u2019agit de Manirahari Innocent d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 sur le coup et Ndirinde Emmanuel qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
