Retour en arri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1980, \u00e0 la t\u00eate d\u2019un \u00ab Front<\/strong> patriotique rwandais \u00bb fabriqu\u00e9 de toute pi\u00e8ce, Paul Kagame \u00e0 partir de l\u2019Ouganda voisin o\u00f9 il s\u2019est install\u00e9, organise la d\u00e9stabilisation<\/strong> du pouvoir en place au Rwanda, suscitant de fait une premi\u00e8re guerre civile et sa prise de contr\u00f4le d\u2019une partie du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trois ans plus tard survient l\u2019immonde boucherie qui a vu s\u2019entretuer Hutus et Tutsi deux ethnies ancestralement install\u00e9es au Rwanda, pays assez \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la zone d\u2019influence fran\u00e7aise, mais li\u00e9 au n\u00f4tre par un accord de coop\u00e9ration et d\u2019assistance militaire depuis 1975. Paul Kagame prend le pouvoir, et ne l\u00e2chera plus jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revisiter l\u2019Histoire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On doit reconnaitre \u00e0 l\u2019inamovible Pr\u00e9sident du Rwanda, Paul Kagam\u00e9, une t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nulle autre pareille et une persistance absolue \u00e0 vouloir revisiter l\u2019Histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9volutionnaire dans les ann\u00e9es 80, il a endoss\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9guisement d\u2019un redresseur de tort, qui dissimule sous sa cape de Zorro, l\u2019uniforme du militaire\/chef des services secrets qu\u2019il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On connait bien maintenant la psychologie du Pr\u00e9sident Macron, banquier d\u2019affaires de son \u00e9tat et com\u00e9dien \u00e0 ses heures perdues, qui a fait du \u00ab en m\u00eame temps \u00bb sa marque de fabrique : dire un jour blanc et un autre jour noir et changer de pied quand le terrain devient hostile. Or l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest est aujourd\u2019hui un terrain min\u00e9 pour la France, en grande partie \u00e0 cause d\u2019une politique erratique (ou pire une non-politique) men\u00e9e sous les quinquennats de Nicolas Sarkozy, puis de Fran\u00e7ois Hollande et dont notre actuel Pr\u00e9sident a emboit\u00e9 les pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenter de s\u2019ouvrir des portes en Afrique de l\u2019Est o\u00f9 la mentalit\u00e9 colle mieux \u00e0 la culture \u00ab davossienne \u00bb d\u2019Emmanuel Macron est une belle esquive, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019Afrique francophone lui tourne le dos et o\u00f9 la France y est mal men\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un effet d\u2019aubaine donc pour deux personnalit\u00e9s qui se sont trouv\u00e9es : Paul Kagame termine avec brio son entreprise de r\u00e9vision de l\u2019histoire depuis 20 ans qui tend \u00e0 le d\u00e9douaner d\u00e9finitivement du g\u00e9nocide rwandais ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emmanuel Macron veut se d\u00e9sengluer d\u2019un bourbier africain qui lui colle aux semelles en cherchant de nouvelles alliances sous domination anglo-saxonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dont acte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais de l\u00e0 \u00e0 s\u2019associer \u00e0 la plus grande op\u00e9ration de d\u00e9sinformation de la fin du 20\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, et \u00e0 s\u2019essuyer les pieds sur l\u2019honneur de l\u2019institution militaire, \u00e0 lui imputer une responsabilit\u00e9 de massacres suscit\u00e9s par d\u2019autres, il y avait un foss\u00e9 jamais franchi. Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, chef des arm\u00e9es, l\u2019a fait en toute connaissance de cause. Allant m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 apporter une offrande de 500 millions d\u2019euros, probablement au titre de dommages de guerre \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette affaire restera un cas d\u2019\u00e9cole magistral d\u2019une entreprise de d\u00e9sinformation totalement r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelques filets de voix tentent de temp\u00e9rer la doxa officielle martel\u00e9e par des ONG, des rapports sortis opportun\u00e9ment pour balayer les jugements des tribunaux internationaux, des influenceurs, toutes et tous d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
