{"id":945,"date":"2012-09-09T14:22:21","date_gmt":"2012-09-09T12:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/?p=945"},"modified":"2012-09-09T14:22:21","modified_gmt":"2012-09-09T12:22:21","slug":"bruxelles-manifestation-en-faveur-de-lopposante-rwandaise-ingabire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.therwandan.com\/fr\/bruxelles-manifestation-en-faveur-de-lopposante-rwandaise-ingabire\/","title":{"rendered":"Bruxelles: Manifestation en faveur de l&#039;opposante rwandaise Ingabire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BRUXELLES &#8211; Une soixantaine de personnes se sont r\u00e9unies \u00e0 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre pour exprimer leur soutien \u00e0 Victoire Ingabire, l&rsquo;opposante rwandaise actuellement d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 Kigali.<\/p>\n<p>Une soixantaine de personnes se sont rassembl\u00e9es samedi \u00e0 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre en soutien \u00e0 l&rsquo;opposante rwandaise Victoire Ingabire, actuellement d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 Kigali et poursuivie notamment pour complicit\u00e9 de terrorisme et propagation de l&rsquo;id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sidente des Forces d\u00e9mocratiques Unies (FDU), formation d&rsquo;opposition non reconnue par Kigali, Mme Ingabire, une Hutue, est incarc\u00e9r\u00e9e depuis octobre 2010 et poursuivie pour complicit\u00e9 de terrorisme, propagation de l&rsquo;id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide, sectarisme et divisionnisme, atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;Etat, cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un groupe arm\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;intention de provoquer la guerre. Le verdict de son proc\u00e8s est attendu en octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Les manifestants issus de la diaspora rwandaise, se sont rassembl\u00e9s \u00e0 12h00 rond-point Montgomery avant d&rsquo;entamer une marche vers l&rsquo;ambassade du Rwanda. Leur objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9noncer le caract\u00e8re politique du proc\u00e8s de Mme Ingabire et d&rsquo;exiger sa lib\u00e9ration imm\u00e9diate. Dans la foul\u00e9e, ils ont \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 les actes de violations des droits de l&rsquo;homme et d&rsquo;intimidation contre les membres de l&rsquo;opposition politique \u00e0 Kigali.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour chaque chef d&rsquo;accusation, Victoire Ingabire risque la perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9. Depuis son arrestation en 2010, elle est \u00e0 l&rsquo;isolement total.
