Elle a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 et ordonn\u00e9 au Tribunal de Commerce de recevoir cette plainte urgente du Premier Tobacco Campany demandant au Tribunal de certifier que l\u2019autorisation de vendre les biens immobiliers sis \u00e0 Kiyovu, District de Nyarugenge dans la Capitale du Rwanda Kigali, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement d\u00e9livr\u00e9e \u00e0 la COGEBANK.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>lue et sans pr\u00e9sence d\u2019aucune des parties, suite aux mesures de pr\u00e9vention de la pand\u00e9mie Covid-19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Par Erasme Rugemintwaza La Haute Cour de Commerce du Rwanda a accept\u00e9 l\u2019appel d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par Premier Tobacco Company Ltd, compagnie de la famille de feu Rwigara Assinapol.
