    All my heartfelt congratulations for the opening of this Rwandan new website. Wonderful positive action. Henceforward, I hope it will be a very nice AGORA (forum) where Rwandan well-intentional people will make open debates with constructive ideas in respect to the freedom of opinion, the diversity of each other political view or religious belief. Let us recommend strongly that there is no room at all for insults or other harmful hatred debates on our “THE RWANDAN” website.
