General Paul Kagame these days is hugging and holding hands with fellow-men. This is absolutely magnificent. The usual images of Kagame show an angry man celebrating death or threatening to take a life. We see a different man here. Kagame is especially fond of Akinwumi Adesina, President of the African Development Bank, Emmerson Mnangagwa, Zimbabwe head of state, and Félix Tshisekedi, president of DR Congo. Then there is the case of Tito Mboweni, South African finance minister. Mboweni is a defender of Kagame’s Rwanda and a frequent visitor to Kigali that one joker tweeted that Mboweni may have a lover there.
The emerging new Paul Kagame is fantastic. Love, hugging, and holding hands are much preferred to making people disappear.😂😂😎
