Oslo: There might be legal actions against those who torn Victoire Ingabire’s photo into pieces and took Major Munyaruguru’s photo!

The news reaching at The Rwandan from Oslo the capital city of Norway, highlights that it might be possible to file a lawsuit against those who committed an offense in their actions of tearing into pieces Madam Victoire Ingabire’s photo and taking Major Emmanuel Munyaruguru’s photo.

This was brought up by some Norwegian citizens among of whom are friends and those who are in the labor party which Emmanuel Munyaruguru was a members of; that are sending messages to the Norwegian police asking the reason why nothing was done or whether taking Major Munyaruguru’s photo is not connected to his abduction.

I would like to remind you that on the 06th July, 2105 in the Oslo city in Norway in front of Radisson blu Plaza hotel Rwandan nationals who live in Norway carried out demonstration protesting against Kagame visit to Norway while He was attending the Oslo Summit on Education for Development. During these demonstrations, one of Kagame bodyguards took Major Munyaruguru’s photo and torn Madam Victoire Ingabire’s photo into pieces.

The outcome of this action caused effects regarding the security as on the next day the 07th July, 2015 the police enhanced security during the demonstrations to the point that the police in civilian clothes had to accompany some protesters to their homes.

Even Though Kagame came in Norway in secret, it seemed like He just came fill his obligations as delegate only, as during the Summit that would seem to be his reason to be there, he was not entirely following the Summit itself, if he was not sleeping, he was lost his imaginary world, as it did seem like his thoughts were far away just not in the conference room.

The most surprising thing about these demonstrations that took place in Oslo, is that even if the Kagame visit to Norway was organized confidentially; The Rwandan learned for trusted sources that the secret was leaked to Kagame opponents by someone who workers in a Rwandan embassy in one of the European countries whom we can’t say the name for security reasons.

During his time in Oslo, president Kagame met with his Rwandan nationals supporters living in Norway who were chosen at the last minutes; even though all of the have Norwegian citizenship, most of them came to Norway as refugees claiming that they had fled the country because of the Kagame regime fearing that they might be  killed.
